Wow, that is great post. Thank you for sharing. As others said, you look very pretty and chic. I will say also that your nose and mine are very similar (and we are close to the same age). Only, I was never anywhere near as pretty as you look in your amazing photos. And mine was undoubtedly worse--or should I say--more problematic in every way. But as I think you stated, for whatever reason, it's sometimes the case that an individual doesn't get the surgery done earlier rather than later, and that person kind of gets to be sort of "OK" with the nose, even though it's not great feeling that you're standing out in a crowd, every moment of every day. no use trying to be who i'm not. I had my nose done--finally--in November 2011--and just a few days ago, had some in-office work done on the tip (reducing the columella and other refinements). My results are pretty good--definitely my nose is not the center of attention in every circumstance. But there is still some swelling and it doesn't look that great from the front, although it is a very natural-looking nose job. Anyway, good for you--you have described it so elegantly. I like your last line: it's beginning to feel "more and more like a mask every day, and I can't wait to take it off." Go, girl!
Oh no, I had an operation yesterday and and shocked at the results! I don't understand; this is not what my surgeon and I discussed.
but just got off the phone with surgeon, who called me...says it will be fine...
