Hi there! I felt guilty for a decade for wanting them too. As for how it feels, I think because mine are not large I don't think about it often, I am most aware in moments when I look down and realize I have breasts because psychologically I was used to nothing being there! Lol. But physcially they feel part of me, I would say that took a couple of months however. There was a short time where laying on my side or tummy to sleep was awkward because It didn't feel right. That passed however :) Hope that helps.
