    I think I used the treadmill like 3 weeks afterward. I walked at first & there was tenderness & a little swelling. That's when I knew I was hitting it too hard. Little by little, any tenderness when I ran went away. It took about two months before I could sprint to my max & take the high impact gym classes.

    It's okay. Pamela covered for you. =P~ After seeing you guys' pics, excited is an understatement! I'm doing the same thing in the gym right now. I think any itching is basically from healing - no matter what the procedure. Drive me flipping crazy. My incisions were teeny-tiny though. I'm sure it's a whole 'nother story with a TT incision. Your tummy looks SO awesome. I can't wait to be part of the TT club, lol.

    You look INCREDIBLE. I know exactly what you mean as far as "this is the body I should have had in my teen years". I work out 4-7 hours a week in the gym & the lipo has given me such confidence. I think I'll just be over the moon when I'm able to get my TT. Thanks for posting pics! Did you go down a size or anything after your TT?

    Hi there! That's really awesome. The only real friends I have are toddlers, lol. I'm a SAHM & don't get out much. I just updated my photos & feel GREAT. It's amazing when you fix the things that bother you. I mean, I still am getting a FTT, but...feel so much better. My clothes fit better (& I went down a size). I did pretty well over the holidays. My MIL made terrible food, lmao, so I didn't eat much. Thanks for the luck, hopefully I can get it within the new year. I saw your pics, you look UH-MAY-ZING! I'm in Palm Harbor, where are you located?

    Hi there! Thanks! I've notice more swelling gone down. I don't even need to take Tylenol anymore. So far there's 2 inches off of my waist & 3 from my hips. I'm 2 weeks post-op & wondering if any more inches will fall off! Hope so! I think we all heal differently & I'm sure you'll see results soon enough, AustinMummy! =)
