    hey nenee! saw your post on the dec boards and thought i'd pop in and say hey! am doing really good, healing nicely, getting used to the girls, and have my one month ps appointment on friday. just have one or two concerns that hopefully will get addressed ( when can i start exercising again, and my left incision at the bottom seems like it isn't closing yet) but other then that, its life as normal ( or as normal as it can be with a surgical bra on and everyone i know checking me out lol )
    how are you doing?

    mittens for theitchines so i dont itch them. andi have a wheat bag that i put in freezer and use... its flannel covered so i just put that over my bra for the cooling effect

    best of luck crose! word of advice...don't look when they put iv in....look at whomever is with you and just relax...if you have a good nurse you shouldn'tfeel anything more than a quick poke then nothing...keep still tho.

    hey erine, how heavy is she? i am the same as kathleen, no drains and about two lbs removed total, with the lollipop incision. i am lifting my ds up but when i am sitting down and only up to my knee, or justlifting him down from the minivan to the ground and he is just around 40ish lbs. very little strain for a short amount of time but my incisions are all healed up and stitches mostly all dissolved. it will be three weeks on monday post op for me. try small lifts first and see how that feels. wish you luck!
