Try Nu Face Trinity handheld micro current device for benefits like Botox for some. Excercise for the muscles of the face...I love mine!

Micro current technology exercises / stimulates muscles... I liken it to the little patches I have had in physical therapy except I do not feel massage or contractions with the Trinity. The skin feels tighter and plumper-Smooth. Lines diminish.

I'm a licensed cosmetologist and aesthetician and makeup artist and have been using a device that was available for in spa services only (facials) and add on service. The device is FDA approved (which we have learned can mean very little these days) for home use. I am getting Botox like results from it :-) Nu Face - Trinity. It's pretty great for me and my fella. My aesthetician friend suggested it for me. I would not have been in the mood or mindset to bother with it a year ago when I was so miserable from the toxin but I am feeling much better. The device may not be for everyone and persons with epilepsy or pacemakers are suggested not to use it. Micro current technology except use/ stimulates the muscles of the face and the results are immediate and continue for some time following treatment. 5-20 minutes a day or as desired. Cumulative. Great before an event. Comfortable and easy to use.

that lump in the throat is typical anxiety symptoms and it sucks because I can hardly wear my pretty turtlenecks because any kind of pressure whatsoever on my neck makes me feel like I'm being strangled...makes that lump way worse
