I think should I have anything done I'll just go to the plastic surgeon and have him do what he would normally and forget all the 'lifestyle lift' hype. I probably wouldn't spend as much as LL is charging and get better work. I'm sorry yours isn't working out and yes, they should give you some kind of guarantee on the work done!
I wish I could see sideviews and closeups because it would give me a better idea of before and after results. I do see an improvement but you weren't too bad to begin with.
