I actually got the doctors office to write me a memo saying no physical training for 90 days due to the evasiveness of the surgery. Of course when that time was up I was out of shap. So I got a revised profile to pt in the gym to work out at my own pace and comfort versus with the company.
I really don't know about other techniques. I know that some doctors don't lose drains. This surgery has gained so much popularity, I am glad that I had mine done before the prices got too outrageous.
I don't think it was the garment, I just think it was traveling fat fluids that drained down and set up shop! But I will be calling tomorrow, its just hard for me because of the time difference...I'm all the way in Korea!
My body feels heeling. There is still some tenderness in my arms and the skin on my lower back is still kind of tight. But once I start back working out, I think everything will be better. My va-JJ doesn't hurt its just slightly off or non-symmetrical.
I doesn't hurt is just like one side is bigger than the other. The drain that was located on the right side discarded any seeping fluids and because the other side didn't I am thinking that some extra fat got there some kind of way.
