The problem actually was ..I was trying to avoid having a lift so we opted for larger high profile implants and I wanted to try under the muscle but I had too much excess skin resulting in snoop dog effect . They might have dropped a bit but not enough to fill skin so only thing to do was a lift .should have done it the first place but I was hesitant about scars and nipple removal but well worth it very happy.

Yes, going over the muscle did the trick. I should have done it in the first place that's how my originals were done. Now they look great natural and not under my chin lol. The surgery was less painful as well. Going under hurt a ton more. Good luck with revision.

Hi! Well I got my lift and changed placement of implants! My boobs are great! I'm very happy everything went well! I have been so busy I havnt had time to post new pics but will soon thx for checkin in!

Yes, I'm still going back to my surgeon.My breast have changed alot since the begining not as grotesque as they were but still sitting a bit high.Since further communication w surgeon we have a good understanding as to what has to be done.I have faith in him..if this was my first time I would have second thoughts but I know he will fix them!
