I did indeed notice that my gumline has receeded (mostly along my bottom teeth) since my Invisalign procedure. There was only a slight amount of receeding before that, and it was only around one tooth. I am so disappointed.
If she's not going to commit to wearing them for the approximately 22 hours per day, don't bother having the treatment. It's similar to training for a marathon or studying all semester; if you skimp on the process, you won't get results in the end, and it'll be a waste of time and money.
