I don't know you body type. But if you're considering a TT or if the surgeon recommend it then I would assume you have a little something to work with in the stomach area. You need to put yourself first especially if this guy isn't your husband. You have 5 children at 32, which you're still quite young. It's not as if you don't have any like me. Also if I'd gotten the bbl only then later the TT, that's two recovery periods and literally paying double. If you're not concerned about overall body contour and just want a big butt, again do what makes you happy. But I see many woman walking around with huge butts and a stomach to match. Doesn't look right to me, but I'm sure their butts are genetic. So if you're paying for it a body enhancement, why not do it right if you really need a TT. I didn't want one either but am soooo happy I got it. The surgeon won't do it if you're anticipating pregnancy within a year because I inquired about the pregnancy thing as well. Now I'm considering my 22 yr old niece as a surrogate mother if I really want a child.... LoL... Some people give themselves a nervous break down stressing over this. Either do it or not. It's an elective procedure which comes with risks and uncertainty. Do your research so you'll know what to expect and have reasonable expectations. Good luck with whatever decision you make.

Experienced surgeons are going to inject so much. Some don't inject more than 800cc. I believe Dr. S injected 1200cc attempting to compensate for the expected average 30% absorption. The more injected does not guarantee more volume and less absorption. Please understand that.

Everyone considering bbl with FAT transfer should understand what it entails. It's consider safer than silicon because it's your own body fat no foreign agents. HOWEVER because it's just FAT it is subject to being absorbed in your body, which is what happens when you lose body fat via weightloss. It doesn't matter if a person gets 500 or 1500cc injected it's NOT GUARANTEED THAT MOST OR ANY WILL NOT BE ABSORBED, which results in volume loss. Every persons body is different. The results will vary even if both people did identical things during post op. The procedure thats more surgeon controlled as far as bbl volume goes is having silicon implants. Example of Ice-Ts wife Coco... She looks like a bbl implant patient considering her slender physique before becoming voluptuous. LoL. After 3 months it's said the volume will be permanent and the fat will respond like any other fat on your body. If you lose significant amount of weight then expect some of your bbl volume to decrease. Ask your surgeon about the specifics and hopefully he's knowledgeable and honest. I've lost volume since 2 week post op because I still had alot of swelling. But I have noticeably more volume than my before photos. I expected volume loss when deciding to have the procedure. I feel better in my figure flattering outfits because of the cosmetic procedures. Im focusing on losing the rest of my weight and will consider another round of bbl if needed afterwards, which will give me the opportunity to lipo my outter and back thighs. It's not uncommon for patients to get a second round which simply add on to what you have. Resulting in the volume they were seeking initially after absorption.

I was thinking to close the blog until after summer, which will be my deciding point of whether or not I'll need another round of bbl. I just starte working out this morning, modified. But it felt so good. So I now once I'm at least 80% level of working out normal again I'll probably lose more weight. Goal is comfortable 8/10 size by April for my birthday. But I will definitely get that list to you before closing this out.
