  Charlotte... I think Jbraun's suggestion is a good one. Diet impacts everything; healthy, clean food can be better for you and more helpful for you than a prescription in many cases. Just as unhealthful food can result in disaster and disease. And where people are in a crisis, as all these contributors clearly are, I would think that all ideas would be appreciated. Especially when--like in Jbraun's case--she has a firsthand account of it helping with her own son. Granted, he didn't have a fraxel treatment, but her suggestion is still of value to the topic at hand.

  With the new information out about Accutane, I don't think advising anyone to go on it (or back on it) is a good idea.
