    I just had a extended TT about nine days ago, I too had stretch marks on my sides and wanted an extended. My PS didn't agree to do it until the morning of surgery actually she said she didn't think I had enough skin and make the decision to do the extented while I was on the operatiing table. I know I would not have been as happy with my results if she didn't do that, I have no love handles, most of my strech marks are gone and it improved the look of my thighs.
