83 days Post Op - Start my weight training tomorrow ;)

Oh thank you ;) I really needed that this morning. I texted my hubby this morning and told him I was in a full blown panic mode ... I just need to get comfortable around others I biggest down fall is I need my confidence back (know what I mean) this is really a hard and emotional journey that is for sure. All my life since I was 18 which I'm 39 now I never felt comfortable around others just need to stop and take a deep breth and say Deb you CAN do this ... I know you should always feel comfortable with you and who you are but I noticed after tt your emotions can go up and down so much lol ... have a great day thanks for being there for me it means a lot to me really it does which you was closer I workout with you .. wink wink

Hi ;) sweetie not sure if you remember when I made the comment on how good you looked (muscles/back) I just wanted to tell you that I start my weight training tomorrow ;) I'm so excited but scared at the same time. Don't want to hurt anything ;( I was just thinking of you and wanted to share that with you. Wish me luck! Hubby measured my whole body tonight so going to keep an eye on how I do in the next couple weeks ;) Deb

Forgot to mention when I'm on my period I'm more swollen ... fun fun lol

Hi ;) sweetie when I take my photos for the site I don't hold my tummy in I let it be. I do catch myself when I go out sucking my tummy in I think that is cause I did it for 20 years habit I guess. I could be flatter also. Went to doctors last Wednesday called him and told him I was coming in due to swelling/fluid I was really bothered by how I looked ... when I got there he told me I had fluid but the fluid he couldn't drain cause it was like in the tissue area..it wasn't like in one spot (like a round baseball to be drained) hope you understand what I'm trying to say ... he can't drain told me to walk and walk and walk ... I'm a month ahead of you so swelling/fluid is still an issue for me ... so to your question nope don't suck in and I'm not flat either mine is still fluid so we both are in the same boat together.
