Well, I must honestly say, that your after pictures are remarkably better than the before ones! I think it looks really good!
Kinda hard to compare the before and after from the front 'cause they are taken in completely different lightning (the before has more shadow and after has more harsh light), but from what I am seeing, it looks good.
But I do know that you may not view it in the same way since it is your face. But just as an outsider saying, I think you look really good :)
You are still very swollen 2 weeks after rhinoplasty! Mine was done about 2 months ago, and just recently I have started to notice the swelling to go done in the bridge. You do have a very nice shape to the nose, so I am sure that it will only get better with time as the swelling subsides! :)
Oh, and you also mentioned the feeling of something holding your nostrils open. I also have this feeling. My doctor told me that he put some kind of a graft (?) in my columella so it wouldn't drop, and that this can "spread" the nostrils and make them seem very open and flaring maybe is the word? when the nose is healing and swollen. But this has also gone down a little with all the swelling, I though still feel that my nostrils are very open, can't really squeeze them together.
First of all, you look really great, your nose fits you perfectly. Second: DON'T USE FLASH!! Seriously, don't! I'm now 31 days post op, and when I got the cast of I of course took picture of myself. And got really devastated; my nose looked distorted, my tip was HUGE and crooked and I just looked the worse I've ever looked.
Without flash I didn't look nearly as bad, my tip looked way "calmer" (with the flash it was all over the place).
Now 31 days post op, I have again taken some pictures with flash, and I can see a big difference! Even though the tip still looks kinda round (doesn't look that round without flash), it is way smaller than it was before.
I think the flash catches all the swelling and makes the nose look really distorted. I read somewhere on the internet (been googling like crazy during recovery 'cause I'm freaking out all the time), and a doctor actually answered a question, that in photos the nose can look swollen even longer than in real life when you look in the mirror.
And I have noticed that the nose feels even harder and stiffer after crying - I should know, have been doing that a lot lately. I guess the stiffness lasts for many many months, so it is normal.
Hope this helped you. Sorry for my grammar, English is not my mother tongue :)
