I am 10 weeks post-op from a mommy makeover and finally got the green light to start back running. I had to laugh when I read your post regarding the boobies flipping around. I have saline unders (34D, but I don't think you have to worry about flipping around. Since it was my first time back at the gym I was very self conscious. I wore a maximum support sports bra (under armour) and a top with a shelf bra, have to protect the investment. The girls did not move. Honestly, I could probably run without a bra and have little movement. On the other hand, I have not done any upper body exercises. It is still uncomfortable using my pectoral muscles. I can not imagine doing a push up at this point.
Ditto. My husband does not agree with me having surgery. I am schedule for a MM on Nov. 30th. Even though my surgery is next week, a few days ago he saw me naked and said, you don't look like you need plastic surgery, you look great. This process took several months. He listened and realized that it was not about how he felt, but I how I felt. He will come around, just keep explaining to him how your body makes you feel. He sounds like a great guy, but just needs time. He is saying the right thing. He loves you and can not imagine why you would want to change yourself. Be Patience and constitent.
