This might be really late... but my placement is under the muscle. I was really leaning toward saline until I had my consult. The silicone just felt and looked more natural. And todays silicone implants are different then the old ones you hear about.

At first I was afraid that 350cc sounded a little too big. But i think it's because I went with the moderate plus that the cc's are a little higher. I am very happy with the way they look. At first it was sorta weird to look at myself with these bigger breasts, but in clothes I think I look totally proportionate. I just saw my sister for the first time last weekend, and she thought they looked great. She actually was thinking that they might be bigger, but she thought they looked really natural. Google Breast Implant Rice Test. You can fill pantyhose with a certain amount of rice (it will tell you how many cups = cc's) and put that in a sports bra. It will give you a good idea of how you will look. Also, I was afraid if I went with 325cc's I might have wished I went larger. I just had might 6 week check up and everything is great. The Dr. said I might lose just a bit more fullnes but not much. I'm really pleased. I don't have to wear a push up bra anymore! Hope that helps you with your questions! Good Luck with your appt!

I just went to Victoria's Secret yesterday, and I'm a 36C. I have the bras on the 2nd hook. The 34 felt too tight.
