The Enell bra is terrific - I used to wear one to work out in before my reduction - but they are a BEAR to get into and may not be very comfortable just after surgery since the fasten up the front with hooks and eyes, and are VERY compressive. It will be great for working out after your surgery, but by then you may not need something so heavy-duty unless you are doing something really high impact. I really liked the Sassybax bralette for after surgery since it is really soft, seamless, reasonably supportive, and you can pull it on from your feet upwards if you can't reach your arms over your head. I still wear mine one the weekends when I don't feel like wearing a "real" bra, because now I can get away with it! You will do great; take care... :)
I also LOVED Sassybax for after surgery - no hooks/adjusters, and you step into it so it's easy to put on even the first week after when you're still afraid to stretch too far...
Wacoal makes a really nice no wire bra for when people are ready to be measured for a real size (for me it was about 6 weeks).
I also found great no-wire-no-seam sportsbra-type bras at Target; the C9 brand makes a few that are really comfortable and surprisingly supportive.
