I have saline under the muscle. I feel like the implant fell out from under the muscle. I have a follow up appointment on Nov. 6th to see if it dropped more as last time he took measurements. I feel it has. I've read other posts from women with this problem and theirs was never fixed, so I am leery of more surgery. I may leave it as is and continue to feel self-concious about it...which stinks because that is the whole reason I did this in the first place. My scars are also very red. I'm using Mederma in hopes of lightening them up.
I hope your problem got solved! It sounds like there was an infection inside. I had my surgery in a hospital so I didn't have an infection, luckily. My breasts are uneven as one sits a half inch lower than the other. I hate it as it looks like it's falling out.
