This was not my experience. I have had 4 sets of implants for various reasons. I had a terrible reaction to the silicone implants and I know of dozens of women that had the same symptoms: ringing in ears, blurred vision, numb hands and feet, palpitations, severe back pain, etc, etc. The doctors believe that a scalpel nick in one of the implants from the surgery created a leak. It is true that the silcone resembles a gel, but the chemicals can leach into your body. I have the toxicology tests to prove it!There is virtually no difference in the "feel" of silione vs. saline. This guy has not had the implants in his body. Don't risk it. If you are going to have the surgery, play it safe and get the saline. They really are OK!
