Thanks - realized today how much swelling I actually still have, wore jeans today for the first time, all day. Needless to say, I am in my comfy pants with binder back on, and I can't believe I'm saying this, but it feels good, LOL. Loved the flat belly now, even in jeans - amazing!

Today - I said farewell to my binder, so long, see ya later, good bye!! Not to say that I may crawl back in it some evenings for a bit of support and relief, but I am LOVING having it off and the freedom from it digging into my hip bones and ribs :)

Bad news - I have a bit of skin separation on my BB, have to keep it covered with polysporin and a bandage to keep it moist. Guess it could be worse - no infection thank god!

PS told me to start adding in more exercise if I want, jut to monitor what my body is saying and be sure to not push too hard. Funny guy, exercise, HAH! I am definitely not up to anything but walking right now :) We have a gym at work so I think I will get down there and start using the equipment to try and tone up these hips baby! The belly and waist look great, now the rest has to match, LOL

Sounds great - as I was wondering how to really give my belly button a good cleaning/soaking :) Thanks - will be giving that a try after I get home from my PS appointment!

See - this is why this forum is such a great place!!! SO glad that you wrote.....makes me feel a bit better. I'm doing exactly what you said you did for your belly button. Guess I just worry about it opening up further as I recover more and start moving around and stretching.
