Cindy, I looked at your photos. You did not look bad before your surgery, so your photos are not that dramatic as other people's photos. However, I CAN see improvement in your neck and chin area. If you expected your eyes to change, they did not. I believe you need your eyes done. Now that would make a monumental improvement. I had laser surgery and it helped dramatically on my dark circles, but I'm light skinned. You seem to have a lot of pigmentation and I don't think it would be for you. Laser surgery for wrinkles and spots are better on lighter skin is what my doctor told me.
I am not a doctor. Just a cosmetologist (hair stylist/colourist) that has seen 100's of face lifts on my clients over the years.
I wish I could have seen your lift photos from a side view.
