Hi Kate! The picture in the pink bathing suit is 3 years post surgery and I have to say my eating and workout habits are not that great but I have tried very hard to keep my result.

One thing I did not mention above was that Dr. Chasan did tell me that most of the fat taken out was "genetic" and that is something I never considered before. I would have never lost that weight with dieting and exercise. I'm 100% behind my "worth it!" rating! :)
