The photos are at the top of this posting page ... there are also other B & A photos on the Ultherapy Realself page. I know three people who have had it done ... two are young and did it to protect against aging in the future and one person is 50 this year and did it as a treat for herself. It definitely made a difference, but had I not known she had it done, I would have just thought she looked happier and more well rested. It definitely raised her eyebrows a bit and also sharpened her jawline. I made her skin look brighter and her face is a bit more elongated, rather than being fuller at the bottom. I think when making the decision for this procedure, you truly have to decide if you want dramatic, instant results or you want subtle results that improve the skin, but don't have people pouncing on the fact you had something done. For me, I will definitely go with something like Ulthera, only because I'm not willing to go under the knife (risk my life) for beauty ... but I will go through a bit of pain. Sad that women aren't allowed to age at the same rate as men ... and even sadder that societies view aging (for both men and women) as a disease we need to cure. Hopefully *someday* we'll learn to honor and respect age ... and look at an individual's wrinkles as proof they have lived a full and wonderful life :-) Till then, I guess we'll all keep finding ways to buy in on the "look young till you die" craze :-)

Actually, losing weight CAUSES wrinkles and sagging, so I think if there was an 11 pound weight loss at the same time as receiving the procedure, the difference between the before and after is even more dramatic ... that her skin held its integrity that well. Also, because collagen builds so slowly, those that *don't* see a person often will be more likely to notice a difference than those that see you more frequently. Usually those that see a person often just think they are looking more rested, rather than noticing a lift in their jawline. Especially since non-invasive procedures are not intended to produce a drastic change to begin with. I still think your results are amazing!

Just for the sake of knowledge, a physician here here in Arizona lost his medical license for having a patient "tough it out" ... a BIG no-no!

I see a HUGE difference! I pegged you for about 50+ with your before ... but would guess mid 30's for your after photo. A GREAT difference in your jaw line and just an over-all younger appearance to your skin tone. The norm is that you see full results in three months, so for one month, you look wonderful. Non-invasive procedures aren't as "dramatic", but I love the way that they improve the quality of a person's skin, without changing how they look! Good for you!
