You look fabulous! Thanks for going to the lengths of posting pictures. I went to look up your doctor and I can't find his website. Perhaps he doesn't have one...??
At any rate, I look forward to learning more about him.
Did you know if he did an SMAS or a deep plane lift? I'm curious about his technique.
Thanks for sharing. Excellent results! What did your "Facelift" include. Typically a "Facelift" addresses only the lower 2/3's of the face and there are many different layers of skin and tissue that can be addressed.
Did you have any work done to your eyes and/or forehead?
Do you have any sort of fillers added for volume?
Looks like excellent work and I might give your doctor's office a call.
I've been doing Sculptra for about 6 years. First build up and then moderate annual maintenance. I've found that you don't need to do several rounds of build up again if you maintain every 9 months or so.
On a separate matter, it sounds like everyone reacts differently as far as the bruising and pain. My bruising was very very minor. In fact, I loved the after effect and have even done it before special events because I like the plumped up effect (before the collagen producing solution has time to dissipate, while the face is still puffy). But being that results vary, don't do this until you have tried the product and know how your body responds.
Dr. Richard Fisher. Although I am not certain what his certifications are - so jury is out. He has good before and after photos. I too, am not a fan of general anesthesia. It is a lot for the body to absorb and endure. Takes days (if not weeks) to recover from and has horrible side effects, including hair loss. I've had procedures under twilight sedation and done much better.
