I have been using these products for almost a year. I have very sensitive skin and had problems with the moisturizer because it makes my skin too oily. The rest of the products make my skin feel smooth. The scent is pleasant and with my allergies, I was happy to find a product that I could use daily without triggering an allergic response. I am 61 years old and am wise enough to know that at my age, there is nothing that will reverse the signs of aging. I was blessed with good genes so I have few wrinkles. The products do smooth them out a bit. The proof of the product's worth is the days that I do not use them-the wrinkles are more defined. I have had total cooperation with the customer service department. I had run out of a product long before the time I should have and told them when I received it, it seemed like it did not feel as heavy as the previous one. They immediately shipped me an additional bottle. They have advised me that if I need to speed up an order or pause delivery for a time, they will honor my wishes. I was well aware going into this that it was a club membership. I think the price is comparable to what I was spending on store products. I definitely like this product.
