I've been thinking about the challenges with your procedure and I'd like to share a piece of wisdom my darling husband gave me throughout my procedures.
"I had found the right doctor, the right facility, and now was not the time to put off my dream."
It takes resolution and tenacity to achieve what you are trying to do. There is a way to reach your goals and if ever there was a practice that was capable of being creative in finding ways to help others it is Dr. Delgado's. Please make sure you have exhausted all possibilities including inquiring about available payment options with Colleen. If you believe in your doctor and his staff, building an ongoing relationship, which takes time, is a good thing. You just don't know what the year ahead might bring.
Great question! Thank you for your kindness and request for clarification. My tummy tuck was $13,000 and yes that did include the cost of the Marin Surgery Center and my overnight recovery stay. Unfortunately, we recently moved and I cannot locate my records that breakdown the costs. Dr. Delgado's Office Manager, Colleen Ferrari (who can give you my phone number if you would like to call me) is able to provide specific numbers. My goal was to not have to go to a hospital for my procedures. The Marin Surgery Center is a fully accredited center located in an adjacent wing to the Sutter Hospital in Novato. I knew any unforeseen emergencies could be addressed. The fact that Dr. Delgado is able to control all aspects of quality and staffing for each surgery is what appealed to my husband and me the most. Hope this is helpful!
