    Happened to me as well. I am a "small" 34D now and the doctor said that when the breasts are kept a bit larger (more than a C cup), there is a chance of this happening. I also used pads but no cream. It took quite a while to totally close but I am now a couple of weeks shy of my one year mark and both breasts look about same so not to worry

    had my surgery last September and left breast vertical incision opened and took a couple of months to heal. used bandage pads that had to be changed couple of times daily . but incision did heal and breast looks great.

    you've made a truly life-changing experience but be patient . it is going to take several months before you see the real look of your new body

    Had another consult Nov 20 and healing is progressing well - incisions closed within a couple of weeks. Suddenly have shooting pain in nipple on right side. Incision below breast is also still quite red and almost blueish purple at incision line. Could I be allergic to internal stitches and could the stitches not be dissolving

    saw the photos - looks great. I am a "little" older -64 - and am starting to have incisions opening up. the vertical cut on my left breast is nearly 1/2" and right breast is starting to open where vertical incison meets top of breast. surgeon saw them and said no infection. are oozing and bleeding some. would love to hear from others who had this exerience
