At 6 1/2 month mark and I've gained 10 pounds! I've had enough of struggling with this weight. So I went to Fit to Run today,purchased a pair of running shoes and ran for 32 minutes today. I've made a commitment to run 30 minutes everyday (rain or shine). I've been doing Zumba 1-2 times a week passively knowing that my heart is that of a runner. So I need accountability here guys!my current weight is 146.8 pounds. My goal weight is 125-130. I CAN DO THIS!
