How have I been missing all this conversation!?! Thx maumeemg for getting me back into it ;) glad everyone is doing well! I'm great other than a small bit if scar tissue buildup around bb doc is unhappy w it so small bandaid procedure in feb will take care if it. Out of the gym for a week but no biggie.

I hear ya on the stamina. It takes everything I have to get TO the gym, and then even more to get THrOUGH the workout! Lol sigh

Hi Maumee! I'm great, how r u? I was thinking of you last week as I struggled through my first high intensity gym class. Lol thought to myself I sure could use a Tt buddy right now so someone in here can fully understand my limits. Lol!!!
