Tummy Tuck and Breast Augmentation - Federal Way, WA

Hello, my surgery was on sept 9 and I'm doing really well. I'm still tight, numb and the scar is annoying (I had breast enhancement too and that is great). I'm lifting weights, ran a half marathon a few weeks ago, doing all of my normal activities. Ab workouts are still a little harder than before surgery. I hope you feel great soon!

Hi ladies! 4 weeks post op today. Got back from ultrasound massage and I feel and look great! The swelling is still happening, but not as much. My upper thighs and tummy are still numb but getting better. Can't wait for the scar to subside more.

I went to Nordstrom today to get fitted for new bras, she commented on how skinny I look and how nice my tummy was! I of course didn't say I had a tummy tuck. I'm SHOCKED by my bra size, I thought I was a 38c, 34 d but noooooo....I'm a 32 ddd, 34 dd....whoa momma!! Also can't believe I spent 400 dollars on bras.

You have to let the mederma dry before using the silicon. I've heard others say it works and for 50 bucks it is worth me trying. If it doesn't, oh well! I'm not one to throw money away, but the whole purpose of this journey is to make ourselves look and feel better, I'm ok with taking the chance! Let me know what you decide.

Hello everyone! I will be 4 weeks post op on Friday! Hard to believe it's been that long. I just got home from a business trip to Georgia (I live in WA state). The plan ride was a little uncomfortable and sleeping in a strange bed without all my pillows that I've been stuffing around me was a little hard. I took my binder off one evening (it was so obvious and I didnt want people to know) that was strange feeling my stomach swell, but thankfully not a lot.

I'm completely off pain meds ( was taking one vicodin in evening because inwas so uncomfortable), off my antibiotics from infection, but know getting a cold. If it's not one thing, it's another.

Question: 1)how many off you are using the silicon scar strip? I just got mine and started using it, as well as mederma. 2) how long do we have to wear binders?

Nvrdull....it was at the PS office. It is the same thing you get from a PT office when you have pulled muscles or tendon problems (at least it seemed the same as when it had PT) it uses sound waves to push th fluid out of the tissue. It doesn't really like much when the are doing it, but OMG it makes a HUGE difference in the swelling. I honestly was so swollen and huge I could barely fit in a size 10 and now I'm back in my size 6 clothes. (I realize a 10 isn't huge, but the change for me was dramatic). Nothing to say except it's "simple awesome)!
