No one advocates you sit on your butt and eat bon bons. I always encourage a healthy lifestyle. But you CAN NOT get the same results in 72 hours with diet and exercise. It's a boost. Photos don't lie. I wrapped my arms last April and lost an inch on each arm. It has NEVER come back, that is because I have included wise choices. But I sure didn't mind the kickstart.
I agree with Dariz. I wrapped two days into a new diet. It gave me exactly the boost I needed (3 1/2 inches lost, stayed lost). I was very skeptical, but since it was only $20, I went for it. So glad I did! (Full disclosure, after wrapping my arms next and getting great results, I decided I HAD to sell them; and yes, people ARE lined up to use them). (and they don't cost anything close to the $200 listed above)
