ms...I agree. Esp. with the final comment, that it makes tons of money for the doctors. My beef is that there's as good a chance that implants will fail, as for them to still 'be there' a few years later. Not all doctors seem to do a 'good job!'
Marc, you're a guy, and the feeling 'she' gets is very changed with implants. There's not much sensitivity, hence not very enjoyable for the woman, beyond her looking a bit more well-endowed and the 'pleased' feelings she gets from just that alone.
There's a good chance that a woman won't be able to use her implanted breasts to do just what they are intended to do...breast-feed. Otherwise, they don't look real, they are simply water-filled balloons. That's what you see and feel. They are not soft, they are hard. Yes, I had them and no, I don't miss them. At all. As tall as I am, they did not look natural or nice. My husband was not pleased and I had an excellent surgeon. When the one failed, I had the other removed. No, I don't miss them.
