    HI BAG SNOB
I had a revision done by Dr. Le and I found him to be an excellent, highly intelligent and personable doctor. He really does know what he is doing and is also a perfectionist; he still has the passion to help his patients and make them happy. He was also a very nice (and nice looking) person not like some of the self-righteous plastic surgeons out there. I hope my nose heals according to plan but I already know that this is all up to my body now. I believe that Dr. Le put in 120% effort into achieving the most ideal outcome. You can send me a msg if you have any additional questions. Good Luck. P.S I traveled from another country (not state) to see him and have my operation.

    Hi Jen,

When I looked at this post I thought the first pic was the after. I think your breasts look great now but if you want to do this (which seems like you do) then the best of luck.

There is an excellent post on this site by dolce930 where she demonstrates just how the nose transforms during the recovery. The swelling in the tip is the greatest and lasts the longest but once it goes down you will notice a huge improvement. Look at the picture she posted right after her cast came off and her final result. You may not believe that it changes that much but it does....slowly. Please be patient. I went through this and now looking back see that it was all a waste of tears because in the end I loved it. It's hard seeing your face change but you will find happiness in the end!

Thank you so much for posting this! Everyone who is contemplating nose surgery should read this post as it really clarifies how the look of the nose improves after surgery, specifically the swelling. When I first saw my nose after cast removal, I went into shock because it looked so wide! My surgeon was very very poor in explaining how the nose heals is was really upset...if I would have known the changes which take place in the upcoming months, I would have saved myself a lot of stress, anxiety and disappointment.
