  You will see a decrease in swelling after a 2-3 weeks cause after surgery you will think is worse. But it will not go down soon, after 3-4 months you will see a decrease in size but the nose may still be up a bit just under the nose is still hard after 4 months just ask the doctor what to expect and be patient
