Seriously I hate shots too.. I think he makes it standard for all Mommy Makeovers. I have no previous medical conditions. I did one shot a day in my thigh for 8days.. Or I should say my hubby did them for me;) they do burn a little but weren't that bad. Make sure you stick to the upper thigh area and pinch a good amount of skin and fat.. You don't want to hit a nerve ouch!!

The compression garments are included with everything.. After surgery he will send you home in a stage 1 tummy wrap garment. You wear it for about a 7-10 days.. Then he will put you in a stage 2 that's so much more comfy. It took a day or so to get use to it cause it's tight and goes from above the knees to under your breasts. It's better to leave it on rather then pulling it on and off over you sore belly and incisions... There crotchless also it's thin material so it can easily be concealed under clothes.
