I made an appt for lymph drainage massage for Fri (one week from surgery) I hope it helps. I found the Arnica not to help either. Where did you go for ultrasound?

Had surgery yesterday on abs and love handles. Any suggestions on a better recovery? Should I be doing anything special? Creams, massaging, ? Any help would be appreciated, I was really told nothing by my doctor.
