I went with 425cc's, high profile, smooth, round, under the muscle, incision in the fold ... I think that's it. Honestly I was straightening my hair two days later and trying on shirts three days later. Good luck!!!!

Asheville I have unders. My surgeon does a little different proceedure than others do and I was back to lifting in 3 weeks, no problems at all. Other Dr. 's I consulted with I would have been off for 6-8 weeks.

Thank you ladies! I just go to the gym 4 days a week. I lift really heavy and have an awesome personal trainer. I haven't done any cardio since September, however I eat really clean all the time.

Jasmine I didn't see any other Dr's in Tampa. I did a lot of research and I kept coming back to my Dr. I loved my exp0erience with him. I should post some before and afters so you can see. The results are amazing!

Kt, don't be anxious. I was really anxious and it was a breeze. I've never been happier and wish I had of done it sooner! I bought some meal replacement shakes to drink after surgery, I didn't have an appetite for almost 2 weeks and they helped a lot! I agree with Sportygirl, don't let the size flip you out. I looked at so many pictures! I'm 5'4'' and about 118lbs and very muscular so pretty petite. I was so concerned that 'the girls' would be too big. My PS doesn't inform his patients of how many cc's he puts in, he prefers to go by pictures ... bring in a picture and I'll make you look like it he said. Well I look just like the picutre I brought in, have no idea how many cc's I have and I'm so happy. I spent so much time on 'size' and I really didn't need to. Good luck!!!!
