Im still trying to fig. dat out myself. It takes a long time for the skin and musles to loosen after and the lumps and bumps go away. I still have some irregularities but their not that noticable. I personally would rather have that then a big stomach.

I was counting down the days when I could sit on my butt and after a month i believe I was sitting with out any cushion, just not for long periods in the beginning. Now I sit on my booty all day and dont think about smushing of losing any fat
