  Hi, I've also just had closed rhino and also had the same questions. I think it has a lot to do with how the doctor was trained, how experienced they are and if they feel that they can get results using either of these 2 options. I also wanted my bolbous tip reduced as this was my main concern and discussed that I wasn't sure that closed surgery could fix this. I got to see slot of pictures and spoke to a lot of doctors and have come to the conclusion that the doctors expertise will make the difference regarding your nose not the technique.

  I'm 39 and also just got it done. Whilst my husband was apprehensive about me getting rhinoplasty at first. He now can't stop telling me how great it looks. Good luck with it all, you a really beautiful now but I'm sure you'll be even more gorgeous soon.

  Thanks for the review. Do you mind if I ask how much fat was removed from your love handles. I've just had slim lipo done and had only 200 removed from each side (400 all up) and I feel that the doctor hasn't taken out enough.

  You look awesome, congratulation on your results. I bet it's changed your life. Cosmetic surgery receives such bad press but when you see work like your you really respect the profession and what a positive and profound impact it can have on a person.
