Did you really only pay $150 for a syringe? Thats really really low so I'd make sure you got the real thing. Juvederm is usually around $500-$600 a syringe, sometimes a little less or a little more.
While it may be the radiesse that is causing the problem, I dont think you can really know if two different people inject it. It may be just that it was injected poorly and not at all the substance. If it does end up lasting longer, I would talk to the doctor with whom you had good results about this and see what they say.
Very sorry this happend to you! When I got restylane a little bit moved right above my upper lip but it was barley visible and smoothed out within about two months. You should ask your doctor about hyaluronidase to break it up.
I'm confused - why would this doctor be offering it if he says it doesn't work?
I think so few doctors are offering it is because based on the reviews from juvederm, radiesse, etc, not many of them know how to properly inject. It's permanent so if they make a mistake its a lot worse than a mistake with the other fillers. It's also new so I'm sure with time more doctors will offer it.
