I went to the Dr and it was a seroma (in my case) Which apparently is more common in patients who have a TT after significant weight loss, not just routine TT. My Dr chose to drain it and then inject with sclerosing agents (which apparently isnt FDA approved) and I would NEVER have done again. Draining, yes, most definately, the sclerosing agent injections... heck no, never again!
I am having the very same issue. I called the Dr.s office today because it literally looks and feels like I swallowed a volleyball. It's hard to the touch. Painful? I wouldn't say PAINFUL... it makes it more difficult to sit down and it feels like more pressure in the area when walking. I can't wear pants either. I see the Dr in the morning and hopefully have good news to report back to you.
