Breast Reduction finally happening! 9/27/11- Savannah, GA

I went down to a full D/small DD i tried on some bras last week and i was at a 40D and then i tried on a strapless bra today i was fit into a 40DD :D either way i feel great and i love my smaller boobs. Cant wait til payday so then i can buy new bras

but if they dont provide you with sports bras then i would just buy surgical bra the size closet to what your going down to or maybe a cup size bigger and then you'll be fine.

i honestly would just go to walmart. and if i were i would call ask if they provide you with a surgical bra after surgery. When i had my surgery they placed me in one and i wore that for like two weeks until i was able to go to walmart and buy some simple sports bras

i had a breast reduction 9/27/11 and it was the best thing i couldve ever done. Iam the same age as you and let me tell you its great that we are both doing this sooo young. I was a 44DDD/F and now iam a full 40D/SMALL DD and i love them! :D:D

But as far as the surgical bra. They place you in one after surgery and thats what you will continue to wear for the next couple of weeks. If i were you i would return that bra and trade it in for a large sports bra that zips in the front. Dont buy bras that like 40d or 38d because you dont know your exact size so its always best to stick with larges or extra larges.

I too was approved by Tricare. Before surgery i was a 44DD/F and now im down to a full D small DD and i love it :D But if you feel comfortable with the doctor you have then go for it. But i would recommend you look up reviews about him or her to see what the other patients have thought about this doctor. The last thing you want is to go under the knife with a doctor who isnt the best!! If you have any question dont hesitate to ask. I love helping other women in this situation..
