I put some Arnica gel that I purchsed at GNC on my rope knots and the started to go down w/in a few hours. I still have a few, but the gel is really working.
I had smartlipo done on 12/2. I'm very happy with my results but I've noticed I have huge knots (long knots) under my skin around my lower abs and my sides. Has anyone else experienced this? And what did you do to get rid of them?
