It does stay in place even when my swelling goes down and a lot flatter than I started out with. It just feels more 'comfortable' but no way rolls or loose to the point that you would have to worry too much about it! I'm sure I can even get away with a smaller size by now.
I love my MARENA!! My PS put me in it right away, fresh right after the surgery! It has two sided with hooks and zipper and it goes from pass my knees a bit and all the way up to under my breasts bone. It has a 'pee hole' and super comfortable. I only wear spanx here and there for about an hour a day to switch out while washing my marena but I usually live in it 24/7. I found that due to the very high quality surgical material, my swelling is not that bad when i'm in it and I'm not as flat when I only wear spanx. On my 2nd week, my last drain was removed and I had to wear a tummy binder on top of the Marena 24/7 to help further with the swelling and such. I love it so much that I'm thinking about getting a 2nd stage type garment to wear it FOREVER!! :) It's really expensive though!
I did it Friscopeach, and I had NO PAIN!!! It's only been day 2 and I already feel fabulous, I will post up the pix soon. I hadn't take the pictures of me with incision yet since I'm still in this big body suit from under chest to thighs.")
