Just to let you all know that Artefill has pulled out of the US so I assume Canada too. They let my plastic surgeon (Dr Gray in Michigan) know last week. I had planned to get the refund from the first vial that the company was offering but won't get it now as they are no longer in the US.
I think they are still available in Europe but if you want to get it here you need to contact your PS and see if they have any left as there will be no more once their current supplies run out.
