Hi! Well the swelling goes down gradually. I'd say in 2 weeks you get a good idea of how you are going to look. Wear your compression garment for sure. I have a tiny "fat" area on one side of my belly button that im sure didn't flatten out because I stopped wearing mine. I plan on purchasing a new garment soon that I can continue to have the support.

Only took one time. But you see yourself slimming over time... especially with exercise. Within 2 days you will be wowed. After 2 weeks I was wondering where the belly went. Now I'm 2 months post op and I am so glad I had it done!

According to the infomercial, FirmExpress is pretty new. Just caught it this week during the time slot where i always saw the Insanity commercial super early in the morning... Its less expensive than Insanity as well!

Hi! do you like insanity?! Im so out of shape im scared to try it but 2 people i know personally have had INCREDIBLE results! There is another workout series called "Firm Express" that I have been looking in to as well. Have you heard of it? And were you very active prior to starting Insanity?
