Thankyou for this reassurance/info. I have had my first trays in for 6 days now and they are really annoying me! They are constantly dry and there is a pressure continually on my teeth.
I look forward to taking them out for mealtimes all of the time. I have 18 trays for upper and lower and that seems a lot at the moment.
I am happy to clean and floss each time I need to put them back in but am finding them very frustrating to wear.
