Mine would hurt to. Ive been wearing them since February 2011 and its August now. Usually, when I change trays every two weeks there is a little amount of pain. So I take Tylenol and change them right before I go to bed, so the worst of the pain is while Im sleeping. But, if you dont wear them for a while, then the pain is extreme.
