I always get nauseated, especially when I am on heavy meds. After my surgery, I only got nauseated once, but that is probably because I was given nausea prevention meds, so it helped a lot. Try ginger ale and crackers. As far the "quick recovery"...you may feel like you can do more than you're doing, but don't. Let your body tell you when you are ready. I couldn't move my arms all the way up and down for about a week. It was hard to sleep for about 1.5 weeks. Just take it easy, and eventually your body will let you know when you are ready to more moving and stuff.
I was a AA before surgery and now am around a small C. I wanted to achieve a smaller C because I am very active as well. I def feel like I chose the right size and am so happy with the results! It's been about a month since I had them done, and they feel like they have always been a part of me! Good luck!
