Don't get discouraged, I had my surgery done on June 7th and when I can home the first day I say my results well but after the first week I started swelling and felt bloated ,but was all apart of the healing process. I'm am in my eighth week and I can totally see my results well, however I haven't lost any weight but my waistline and abdomen is much smaller and slimmer. My doctor told me as well to give it time because my body is still healing, I still have hard spots so don't really look results so soon give it time.
